1. Who We Are
These terms apply to bookings made with The Mod Doctor Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17408694), trading as The Mod Doctor. The Mod Doctor is a mobile car styling, detailing, protection and repair service covering London and the surrounding areas, based in West London. 2. Quotes, Booking & Payment
Prices are quoted through the price tool on this website. Your slot is then confirmed with us directly by WhatsApp or phone, and we will agree payment with you at that point.
A price given by the online price tool is an estimate based on the information you provide. Restoration work in particular depends on the actual condition of the vehicle, so the final price is confirmed once we have seen it in person.
3. Service Delivery
The Mod Doctor is a fully mobile service: work is carried out at the location you provide when booking (driveway, car park or similar). You are responsible for ensuring reasonable and safe access to the vehicle, and for any parking restrictions or charges at that location.
4. Vehicle Condition
Before any work begins we will walk round the vehicle with you and record its existing condition. This protects both of us.
5. Weather & Rescheduling
Some work, window tinting especially, cannot be carried out properly in wet conditions. Where weather prevents us doing the job to the standard we are willing to stand behind, we will reschedule you to the next suitable date at no charge. If you have a garage or covered space available, tell us when booking and weather need not delay anything.
6. Guarantees
Window tint fitting is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of fitting: if the film bubbles, lifts or peels in that time, we will return and put it right at no cost to you. Ceramic coating carries a 2-year guarantee. These guarantees cover the fitting or the coating itself failing. They do not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by others after we have finished. Where a service is not listed here, we will tell you in writing what we stand behind before you book. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
