Dechroming: chrome trim, window surrounds and badges blacked out or removed for a cleaner, stealthier look. Reversible if you ever want the factory look back.

Yes, within limits. UK law requires your front windscreen to let through at least 75% of light and your front side windows at least 70%. Road-legal film as standard on front side windows. Darker film on the fronts is fitted only on written request for private-land or show use, and is not road legal.

Good To Know

Is window tint legal in the UK?

Yes, within limits. Your front windscreen must let through at least 75% of light and your front side windows at least 70%. Road-legal film as standard on front side windows. Darker film on the fronts is fitted only on written request for private-land or show use, and is not road legal.

Will it bubble or peel?

Not when it is fitted properly. The film is cut and squeegeed so no air is trapped, and it is bonded to the inside of the glass.

Is dechroming reversible?

Yes. Trim that has been wrapped or blacked out can be taken back to the factory finish later.
