The data controller is The Mod Doctor Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17408694), trading as The Mod Doctor. We are a mobile car styling, detailing, protection and repair service covering London and the surrounding areas. For any privacy-related query, contact us at info@themoddoc.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect what you give us and a little about how you use the site:

• Through the price tool: your name, mobile number, postcode, optional email address, and the details of the car and service you asked about.
• Through the call-back form: your name, mobile number and preferred time.
• Through WhatsApp or phone: whatever you choose to send us, including any photos of your vehicle.

3. Why We Collect It

To give you a price, to answer your enquiry, to arrange and carry out the work, and to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.

If you tick the optional box on the price tool, we will also email you occasional offers and reminders. That is separate from handling your quote, it is never ticked for you, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us, using the unsubscribe link in it, or emailing info@themoddoc.com. We will stop sending them straight away.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of consent (for example, analytics cookies) and legitimate interest (for example, responding to a quote request you sent us), in line with UK GDPR.

5. Who We Share Data With

We use a small number of third parties to run this website:

• Formspree, which receives and forwards the quote and call-back forms on this site to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep the details you send through the quote form for 24 months from your last contact with us. That covers repeat work, warranty claims and the guarantees above. If you've asked to hear from us by email, we keep you on that list until you unsubscribe — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we'll do it.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@themoddoc.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
